Hours
We see patients Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m.
If you have an urgent skin condition, call early in the day and we will see you as soon as possible.
If your appointment to see us is delayed because of a full schedule, call early in the morning to see if there are cancellations.
Insurance
Our office accepts Medicare, Meritain (MMMC insurance), United Healthcare and Humana. Any other insurance would be considered "self-pay". Payment is due at the time of service and a claim form will be given to you so you can submit to your insurance.
Payment Policies
Our office accepts MasterCard and Visa, as well as personal checks and cash. You will be responsible for paying deductibles, co-pays, and non-covered services at the time of your visit.

As an upcoming group event - The practice is proud to be part of the "Fleet Feet Run for Your Heart 5K Run & Kids Fun Run" on Feb 5, 2011, with proceeds from the event going to the Frances Langford Heart Center at Martin Memorial.
